So far so good from these guys! I went to have my rear wheel repaired after I snapped a spoke nipple while riding. I dropped my wheel off at lunch and I was able to pick it up later that day at around 3:30 PM. Fantastic speed and quality of service was very good. While fixing the wheel, they even took the time to clean out the cassette and hub a bit. They didn't have to, but it was a nice touch.
Dropped bike off a month ago to have bike tuned up and cleaned. I also needed a crank arm replaced. I never received a phone call that the bike was done, but last week, after 3 weeks I assumed the bike was finished being worked on. It was not. Knapps did not call me and they did not order a new crank arm. They were nice enough to give me a rental bike for a week for free while they finished my bike.
Going to revise my review, as I don’t like to be negative, especially about a nice group of folks. Have purchased several Specialized road bike from this store. The associates have always been top notch in helping find and fit the right bike.
The only thing I took off a star for is that they added tire sealant to the wheel without consulting me first and charged me for it. I ride mountain and I have my own tub of sealant. I can fill the tire myself. At least it was only a few bucks.
The wheel spins as straight as it'll go with all the damage to it and I haven't had any problems since.

Yesterday my bike was finally done and I picked it up. Knapps told me I needed a new derailer cable and replaced it without calling me and asking me they simply just told me they did it and charged me for it. I went to a nearby park to test ride it and my brakes were sqeaking very badly. I assume it was from the oil or soap they used to clean the bike but my brakes were not like that before I dropped it off. Also, my derailer which they adjusted since they put a new cable on, was hitting my chain in 3 x 4. 12th gear. Did they not check the derailer after they adjusted it....
Quality bike store where they know your name and make sure you’re happy. The owner and staff are crazy knowledgeable.
Dinging them a star, as I feel like they could communicate a little better during servicings about when the bikes are done and what components are being replaced and with what.
Over all very very displeased with the overall service Knapps provided me with. I will never be going back there for any further work or bike purchases.
