This has to be one of the most disorganized stores I've ever been to. Nothing was in it's place and the bathrooms were atrocious.
They are no Ross department store in N.Y. so anything I travel out of n.y I have to find a Ross department store. I love shopping they great customer service plz to a Ross department store in N.Y.

You can get some great buys but it is not a pleasant shopping experience. Very long line to check out with few cashiers. The store desperately needs a face lift. It is the only run down store in the entire mall.
