What is not to like? They have everything at good prices! And the coupons make it even better.
I went up to the customer service desk to ask a question to and I said excuse me 3 times and she clearly heard me and ignored me. And then the cashier next to her answered me. If you work in customer service you definitely should not be ignoring your customers it's rude and unprofessional.

"THE BEST" Bed, Bath & Beyond Store
SO busy on the weekend. Almost a turnoff, but all registers and customer service were in use, so can't fault the store. The plate section is much larger than the other BBB store I used to live by. Giving 5 stars because Rachel helped us track down dishes to complete our set. She took it upon herself to call literally every store in the tristate area to check their stock. Once ordered, we were promised delivery in 3-7 business days. First package came on Day 2, the rest came on Day 3. Very carefully packed and no chips or broken plates. Thanks, Rachel!
This store puts the "beyond" in its title. We shop at several different locations but much prefer this store! It's consistently very fast and customer focused. Never met their manager Brad or their trainer, Ronetta, but from the service they provided us over the phone regarding a return, these two people do a phenomenal job. We are more than pleased.
