I bought a screen protector for my iPhone X and they offered a “free installation.” I agreed to it and the guy who did it didn’t know what he was doing. He rushed the steps and was unsure how to install the protector. After he stuck it on he looked and me and said “sorry there’s hair and fuzz on the inside. I couldn’t believe what i was hearing and he eventually took it out. The protector was crooked and after further inspection when I got home he banged up the back of the phone so the camera chrome finishing was chipped... I can’t believe what has happened as this is a $1000 phone.
