Better subs can be had at most local pizza places. They also overcharged me for the combo I got - I paid for sandwich and drink, they charged me for sandwich, drink, and chips. Read your receipt!
The hook and ladder sandwich wasn't the greatest. Customer experience was wonderful and the restaurant environment is calm. I do plan on coming back for another sandwich.
