Then I tried calling to ask if they had a few specific styles in stock and in my son's size - they asked to place me on hold, and I said sure. They kept me on hold for over six minutes without checking in with me. They didn't press "hold" so I could hear they were in the store but not talking to another customer- just completely ignoring me.
Worst customer service ever.
Amazing customer service, the gentleman whom i had the pleasure of having helped me went beyond my expectations, i highly recommend this location and specifically recommend dealing with Mike and Ben. Both of which exemplify what the retail experience should be like; very professional and friendly, and very knowledgeable.I only wish they worked in every store i shopped in.
Have been there twice to get shoes for my son. Both times trying to get the sales associates attention was impossible, even though they weren't with other customers. It seemed like they were actively avoiding work.
